Is it a requirement to buy Spirit Wear?

No, it is an optional purchase.

 

When can my child wear Spirit Wear items?

Class Spirit Shirts can be worn every Friday and Outwear can be worn throughout the year.

How will I receive my items?

Spirit Wear will be delivered to your child's classroom mid to late September, depending on which order deadline date you make.

 

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Exchanges are only accepted if an item is physically damaged or defective. Please double check the size chart before ordering to ensure you order the correct size.

Do you accept returns?

All orders are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

What happens if I miss the deadline for ordering? 

We cannot accept any orders after the given deadlines. You would need to wait till the next opportunity to purchase items. There will be various channels reminding families of order deadlines (WINS newsletter, Whatsapp, Teachers) so we hope you're able to place an order before the deadline.
