  • What is the WINS Parents Night Out Happy Hour?
    The WINS Parents Night Out Happy Hour & Silent Auction is a fun-filled happy hour for our Williams community to gather and raise funds for Williams Elementary. This year’s event will be on Saturday, May 10th at Almaden Golf & Country Club from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Is this an adults-only event?
    Yes, this happy hour is adults-only, so dial up your babysitter and get ready for a night of great company, laughter and beautiful views of the golf course!
  • Can I select whom I sit with?
    This will be a casual happy hour with open tables available for everyone to mingle with one another!
  • What’s included in my admission ticket?
    Hors D'oeuvres, Silent Auction, Hot & Cold Beverages along with great company and incredible golf course views are included in your ticket! There will be a non-hosted bar available for cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • How can I purchase a ticket for a teacher or staff member?
    If your classroom would like to purchase a ticket for a teacher or staff member, you can definitely do so!
  • What are some items that will be available for Auction?
    There will be a few goods and services from local businesses along with priceless items such as on-campus parking spots and the infamous Bret Harte tour that will be available for bidding during the Silent Auction.
  • Can I still donate something to the Auction?
    Yes! If you know or own a local business that would be willing to donate a good or service to the Auction, please contact us at auction.williams@gmail.com.
  • Is there a dress code?
    Almaden Country Club does not allow ripped jeans. For men, collared shirts are preferred. It will be a beautiful evening outdoors, in a beautiful setting, with food, drinks, and lots of laughter with families whom you meet at school every day.
