Welcome to your Whale's last year in elementary school! Can you believe you're here already? There is A LOT to look forward to this year. From special Spirit Shirt tie-dye experience to Science Camp to Yearbook baby portraits submissions, there's so much that's special about your student's 5th grade year. Check out some of the programs that you can help out with below or email WilliamsWINSVolunteering@gmail.com to volunteer to be the Chair for one of these special programs.

5TH GRADE PROMOTION SHIRT DESIGN WINNER

We are excited to announce that Max Rodgers is the winner of this year’s 5th Grade Promotion Shirt design contest.

​

Max’s design will be featured on the official promotion shirts worn by the entire graduating class. It is a meaningful way to celebrate the creativity and spirit of our 5th graders as they mark this important milestone.

​

We extend our sincere thanks to Williams WINS for generously providing these shirts free of charge to all 5th grade students. Their continued support helps make these moments even more memorable for our students and families.

PROMOTION LAWN SIGNS - BUY ONE TODAY!

Celebrate Your 5th Grader with a Promotion Lawn Sign!​​​

​

As our 5th graders prepare to graduate from Williams Elementary, we invite families to celebrate this exciting milestone with a personalized graduation lawn sign. These signs are a fun and meaningful way to recognize your student and show your school pride. We look forward to seeing these signs around the community as we celebrate the Class of 2026!​​​​

  • Cost: $15 per sign

  • Design Options: Multiple styles available, with and without student names

  • Order Deadline: May 4 at 5:00 PM

  • Delivery: Signs will be delivered to your child’s classroom or available for pickup at Williams on May 7 or 8.​

 

As part of the ordering process, families will also have the option to make a voluntary donation to WINS as a way to thank the organization for the many programs, events, and experiences they have supported for our students over the years.​

END OF YEAR POOL PARTY

We are excited to celebrate our 5th grade students with a special End of Year Pool Party! This event is a fun and meaningful way to recognize the close of their elementary school journey and create lasting memories with classmates.

​

Date: Wednesday, May 27, 2026

​

Students can look forward to a day filled with swimming, games, music, and time together as a class.

​

Additional event details, including schedule, logistics, and volunteer opportunities, will be shared soon. Please mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information.​
