Who We Are
The Williams WINS Foundation is a group of parents, teachers, and administrators dedicated to improving the educational opportunities and community for all students at Williams Elementary School, in San Jose, California.
We are a non-profit organization that passionately supports our community through funding for vital programs, salaries of specialist teachers, and supplemental classroom supplies.
WINS strives to create an environment where every child can flourish and is prepared for their future.

​MISSION AND GOALS
The Williams WINS Foundation is dedicated to raising funds to improve and enhance the quality and variety of experiences for Williams Elementary students. In a typical school year, we need to raise approximately $300,000 to fund these academic programs. ​

Board Meetings Scheduled for 2026-2027
Our Board Meeting are held monthly in our Williams library where we collaborate as board members & educators and seek ways to enhance our children's experience.
Our bylaws are part of the Articles of Incorporation for the Williams WINS Foundation, and were filed with the Secretary of State for California in 2005. They serve as our operating manual and governing document, for all interactions performed by the Foundation.
All meeting dates are subject to change based on Board and Principal availability
